We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of flower type, color, or arrangement style
- Personal preferences not explicitly communicated in the order
🌸 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your flowers are damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. You may be eligible for a replacement or partial refund after our review.
📸 Proof Required
All claims must include:
- A clear photo of the item taken at delivery
- Your order number
- A short explanation of the issue
🚚 Return Conditions
Products must be unused and, if applicable, in their original packaging. If a return is required, shipping fees will be covered by the customer unless the error was on our part.
⏰ Claim Timeframe
Please submit all return or refund requests within 24 hours of receiving the order. Late claims may not be accepted.
