Bouquet upsize simply mean you can opt to increase the number of flower in your bouquet.

For All Other Flowers
Tall+6s – Number of stalks flower increase by +50%
Grande +12s – Number of stalks flower increase by +100%

Can you do Cash on Delivery?
We’re sorry that we can’t accept ‘payment on delivery’. All orders must be paid for prior to delivery and upon order confirmation.

Cut-off time for Same Day Flower Delivery is 4pm
Can I get my order delivered at a specific time?
Sure you can. However it is subjected to the availability. Additional charge for this service is between S$25-$35. Please contact our Customer Service Team before placing your order.
Will I be notified once my order is delivered?
Surely, you will. Via E- mail and/or SMS.
What happen if my recipient is not available to receive my order?
To ensure timely delivery for all our orders, Littleflowerhut.com is not responsible for the delivery if the recipient is not at the given location at the date/time of delivery. It is the sender’s/ customer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient (or someone who is able to receive the item on behalf) will be at the given location on the date/time given on the order form for delivery. If there is a contact phone number on the order form, Littleflowerhut.com will not contact the recipient unless we were instructed or we encountered problems finding the delivery location or the recipient. If there is no phone number provided on the order form, Littleflowerhut.com will still attempt to deliver the gift on the specified delivery date/time. If the recipient is not at the given location when the delivery is made, we will either leave the gift with the neighbour [if neighbour is around] or leave it at the front door.
